Change Manager, Process Re-engineering, Trainer, Leicester. Based in Leicester, you will be working within a global company and will be responsible for the successful transition of knowledge within the user community that have transitioned across to an alternative business system. Providing training material and guidance to users, you will bridge the gap between IT and training. Suitable candidates must be highly organised, possess effective communication skills, have a clear telephone manner and be IT literate in Excel, Word and powerpoint. This is a part time post and based in Leicester. You will be required to work 20 hours per week.
